Our Professionals offer a complete club custom fit service for those looking to buy new clubs, and a full club repair service including having your clubs re-gripped, re-shafted as well as having your loft and lies checked and adjusted.
The Golf Store also hires buggies and trolleys, booking in advance is recommended.

Michael Goodwin - Head Professional
Meet The Team
After leaving school Michael decided to follow his passion of golf and become a qualified PGA Professional.
He qualified in 1996 and has been part of Clacton-on-Sea Golf Club ever since. Michael is proud to represent Clacton as Head Professional and enjoys teaching both adults and children.
Samuel Teer: PGA Professional/Junior Organiser
Samuel Teer is our most recently qualified professional, achieving full PGA status in 2016. Samuel coaches golfers of all abilities and ages. In his coaching he uses the latest technology and knowledge from the forefront of the golf industry to provide the best experience for his clients.
Samuel also works closely with the junior section of the club, where he arranges competitions and works tirelessly to offer them the latest insights in junior coaching.
In additional to his coaching, Samuel looks to improve himself as a player regularly competing in PGA professional events across the East of England.
Claire Goodwin: Director of The Golf Store
Claire works at The Golf Store and looks after all the administration. She also focuses on Corporate Golf and Golf Days with a wealth of experience in events.

Lessons with the Professional
Lessons are available 7 days a week, you can book lessons by calling the shop on 01255 426304 or mailing info@clactongolfstore.co.uk. Lessons can be 30 mins or an hour. On the course lessons are also available.
Regular game assessment will be made by the professional with video footage to analyse after the lesson.
